As a Spanish woman living in The Netherlands, I’ve come to apreciate beer more and more. Even so, that I started an international course in beer tasting in order to become a recognised sommelier in beer.

This blog will tell you about my experiences, my tasting adventures and I will try to tell a bit about food pairing.
